How It Works for Parents

Step 01

Go to and click on REGISTER. For security and privacy purposes, only legitimate parents on the school’s database are able to access the site. If your email address is on the database you will simply be asked to create a password and login. If your email address is not recognised, you will be asked to complete an Identify Your Child security process.

Step 02

Once logged in, your children’s photos are automatically displayed on your new profile page. Photos are neatly categorized into Portraits, Classes, Sports teams, Cultural groups and Events. Parents can only see photos of their own children and any group photos that their children feature in.

Step 03

As you find photos you like, you can quickly add them to your collection of favourites by simply clicking the Favourite Icon in the top right hand corner of any image. This keeps all your favourites in one place and makes ordering easy.

Step 04

The site works just like an online store – simply add the photos and products you wish to purchase to your cart (digital downloads and / or print products). On your profile page you can edit your personal details, add other users, view previous orders and download any purchased digital images.

Step 05

When you’re done shopping you can check out, select a delivery option and pay online (Payfast). Any purchased digital images are immediately available for download (directly from a link in your order confirmation email as well as from your My Purchases tab). Print orders are sent directly to the printer and delivered to you once completed. You will be updated via email throughout the print and delivery process.
